Aviation became a fixture in my life as an adult when I started flying helicopters. The inception and creation of our coffee brand is more than just a concept, it is collaboration of talents, celebration of creativity, and a passion to craft an experience that goes beyond the conventions of what a regular coffee shop can be.
Co-Founder Chris Martin
Chris Martin is an entrepreneur, real estate team leader, and decorated U.S. Army veteran with multiple overseas deployments and a background as a military medical professional. He co-leads the Hamre Martin Team at Real Broker and is a partner in Scoops of Agawam and Take Flight Coffee Company. Passionate about community, connection, and creating opportunities, Chris also serves as President of Suit Up Springfield, a nonprofit dedicated to helping others succeed. Whether in business, service, or everyday life, he believes in building meaningful relationships, bringing people together, and leaving things a little better than he found them.
